Looking Back at 2009

This is my favorite picture of 2009.

And that is saying a lot, because I love so many of the pictures I take of my family and other people's families alike. But, this one of my husband and daughter speaks so me in a unique way about their similarities and their very special bond. This picture is my heart.

Winter is here!

This shoot really started to feel like more of an early winter, rather than late fall. My two little subjects were excellent even on a very cold day!

Introducing G.J.S.

Lucky me! I got to meet a wonderful little fellow today whose family is very dear to me. I've been so pleased to document many milestones for this family and I am looking forward to getting to know "G" and watching him grow.

Baby S

Baby S is feeling much more relaxed at home where its warm and cozy! Some natural light by the window is better than being outside in the cold for a picture. This brings a delicious smile to her face indeed!

Three of a Family

We really missed having dad on this shoot, but we couldn't resist one of the last sunny, fall days with all the leaves in full color! In the meantime, these pictures might make a good, suprise xmas gift for dad!
