L, P, & J!

It took me a bit longer than usual to post the rest of these photos, but I had a busy weekend due to it being the holidays and I wanted to give my time and attention to everyone in the editing process. Here are a few more highlights of Saturday's second photo session.

Joy Times Three

I can't wait to post more photos from this session of three sisters, but here's one to get things started. I always wanted a sister (in addition to my brother) and this photograph makes me remember why....

Christmas Red!

I was so fortunate that this morning I got to do photos of not just one, but TWO terrific families with adorable children. Here is the first shoot...I'm not posting any of the whole family in case they will be the Christmas card photos, but boy are there some goodies to choose from! I'll post the second family photos soon!

Its always fun to get to photograph the same little ones over time. I have known this little girl since she was only a few weeks old and her blue eyes always get me.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Today I was not only thankful for a husband who cooked the entire Thanksgiving dinner but, I also got to take pictures at the park near our house of my brother's family before we sat down to eat!

Oh Boys!

Did I just take pictures of two of the sweetest guys ever? I think so! I had the hardest time not posting all the pictures from today...there are too many favorites.

On Campus

This afternoon I shot an incredibly nice, fun and attractive family...and mom picked a terrific location. Of course, we could've shot down a dark alley and had wonderful photos of this family. The kids energy was especially playful and endearing which made for some very fun pictures!

Returning to the Scene....

Today was such fun! I got to do a one-year later shoot of one of my special families. We returned to the same park, essentially the same time we went out last year, but this time with dad and got some beautiful pictures. Since dad hasn't been in any pics before I want to post these first two today!

Mud Puddles & More

I haven't posted for a few days because I am doing some photo sessions that will be suprise Xmas gifts and I'd hate to ruin any suprises! I will be posting some of those photos after the holidays because they are of such beautiful subjects I am dying to share them with you.

Somehow we seemed to dance between the raindrops all weekend, but it didn't stop these two from running squarely into the nearest mudpuddes and water features....

Already I cannot wait to take these girls pictures again. They were so good today! Even on the damp ground they were ready to pose for pictures. And, I think it shows.

Happy Halloween

I couldn't resist this cute cowgirl so I snapped a few pics of her in the leaves. Happy Halloween everyone!

Autumn Color

This is the best week for capturing all the vibrant Fall color....with just enough leaves on the trees and on the ground. Its stunning.

This morning I had the joy of photographing a darling family in all the color. And could this baby be any more photogenic? I think not.

'Tis the season to take some holiday pictures and Fall photographs. Today I photographed this handsome little guy playing in the leaves and strutting his stuff in some cowboy boots.
